Here’s what you REALLY need to know
We started this company to give people a killer place to work (since we treat our employees like HUMANS and not just a number), to serve people well in a seriously disappointing industry (where contractors suck at communication or don’t show up at all), and to have an amazing time playing in the dirt every day.
That’s it.
We didn’t set out to become the next massive company or to bust into the industry with a revolutionary idea.
If anything, we SIMPLIFIED.
Step 1: Show up when we say we will
Step 2: Communicate as much as possible
Step 3: Do the absolute best we can, knowing that we are human and will make mistakes
Step 4: Fix any mistakes and strive for excellence in everything we do
Step 5: Give a damn about our employees and clients
Step 6: Spend time with our clients dogs… ‘cause they’re kinda the best part
We’ve even capped ourselves to where we want to grow and how many clients we are willing to take on because we never want to stop having the capacity to really show up for employees and clients alike. I love knowing your fur baby’s name and why you hate mulch but love rock or vise versa. I once met a woman who told me adamantly that she didn’t want any nature in her yard – she was hilarious and spirited and hated leaves. I LOVE this stuff.

…then we are NOT for you, and that’s completely fine.
We would love nothing more than to come have a look at your yard and see how we can make your dreams come true and see if we are a good fit. In full transparency – the projects we are busiest with are typically in the $15,000 – $50,000 range, however we take on jobs that are as small as $5,000 and as large as $150,000+. We can work with you in a lot of ways to make sure you get exactly what you desire and you can rest easy knowing that no corners were cut and that what you invested in will last for a long time.
